My Role in God’s Pride
As a mentor, spiritual advisor, and advocate, I am committed to helping our youth build resilience and guiding them toward a purposeful and successful path. I design and lead activities that promote spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and mental growth.
Understanding the importance of my role in their development, I strive to:
- Show and teach love and grace
- Share Biblical truth as a foundation for life
- Encourage and support learning and discovery
- Provide opportunities to serve others with humilit
- Build confidence, instill values, and set godly standards
- Cultivate relationships, build trust, and create lasting memories
- Leave a life-changing, positive impact on every child I mentor
Danyale Johnson-Operations Coordinator
Danyale serves as the Operations Coordinator here at God’s Pride, where she has faithfully dedicated the past four years to uplifting and empowering our youth. Her servant heart and unwavering commitment are a vital part of what keeps this organization thriving.
In her role, Danyale oversees the design and implementation of programs and activities that support the spiritual, educational, and personal development of our girls. She is known for being proactive, dependable, and consistently taking initiative to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the program.
Her passion and leadership continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of every girl and family she serves.
Josie Lockett- Community outreach leader
Josie serves as the Community Outreach Leader here at God’s Pride, bringing four years of dedicated service, bold vision, and unwavering tenacity—the very foundation on which this organization stands.
In her role, Josie develops and manages outreach programs designed to build meaningful connections with families and communities in our surrounding areas. She works diligently to identify needs and provide relevant, compassionate services that reflect the heart of our mission.
Josie is a decisive leader with a gift for thinking clearly under pressure. When a need arises, she meets it—swiftly and confidently. Her ability to serve with both passion and purpose continues to impact lives and expand our reach in powerful ways.

Youth Programs
Our youth programs at God’s Pride are thoughtfully designed to help young people:

Through faith-based activities, hands-on learning, mentorship, and engaging community events, we create a safe and joyful space for every girl to grow, lead, and thrive in her God-given purpose.
Counseling and Support
Growing up comes with challenges—and no young person should have to face them alone. At God’s Pride, we offer counseling and support services to help our girls navigate life’s ups and downs with guidance, faith, and care.
Whether it’s:
- Needing someone to talk to
- Facing emotional or spiritual struggles
- Working through family, school, or peer-related issues
We’re here to listen, support, and walk alongside each girl with compassion and understanding. Our goal is to create a safe, confidential space where healing, growth, and hope can take root.
